Ciara Gavin writes and illustrates picture books for children, including Persnickety’s Randal the Elephant, as well as Penguin Random House titles Room for Bear, and Bear Is Not Tired ―Amazon’s Best of the Month winning title. Ciara graduated from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland. Her work appears in the National Museum of Decorative Arts and History there and has been exhibited at galleries throughout Ireland. She lives in Dublin with her son.
